On the firs floor are located the spaces intended for hire (shops), in the second and third floor areas for administration and fourth and fifth are for housing. Thanks to the utilization of sloping terrain it was also possible to create an object in the underground parking is specified for the users of the object.. To comply with appropriate look of the object and its appropriate integration to the street was important "face game"object. For the purpose of compliance with the consistency and compliance with high altitude were designed French Windows. Grid doors and Windows created a specific order and rhytm. To increase the aesthetic and the smooth expression helps beveled prefabricated panels which is an evidence of diverse traffic operation inside of the proposed building.
